Territory Account Manager – Eastern Canada
Remote (Preferably based in Ontario or Quebec)
TIDE International Canada, Inc. is looking for a driven Eastern Territory Account Manager to lead sales growth across Eastern Canada — including Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing crop protection company at a pivotal moment, with 15 new product launches expected in 2025.
What You'll Do
· Manage and grow sales across Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes & surrounding regions
· Build and maintain strong relationships with:
· Regional and national distributors
· Independent retailers and key influencers
· Develop regional forecasts and strategic sales plans
· Deliver market intelligence (e.g., pricing, competition, demand)
· Identify new market opportunities and product needs
· Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams
What You Bring
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business, or related field
· 4+ years of agrochemical or crop input sales experience
· Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
· Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Bilingual (English/French) is a must have
· CCA or other crop certification preferred
· Willing to travel 35–40% of the time
